Does this integrate with my ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Jobber?
Yes. Every plan integrates with the major field service platforms (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, FieldRoutes). At minimum we push leads from your ads and forms into your dispatch, and trigger review-request automation on job completion. Polaris adds branch-level routing if you run multiple locations on a single FSM account. Most agencies don't actually do this; we run on n8n and Zapier and connect to whatever you've got.
How do you actually use AI?
AI runs underneath most of what we ship. Blogs are Claude-generated then edited. Meta Ads use Advantage+ AI optimization. Google Ads campaigns get tuned weekly with AI-assisted bid management via our internal ATLAS agent. Reporting is auto-built from your data. Citations and review responses are partially automated. The tradeoff: AI lowers our cost basis, which is why our 3x markup beats typical agencies' 5x. The work is still real; we just don't pay humans to do what AI does well.
